OUR PROGRAMS
Rather than programs geared toward crisis counseling or burn-out
prevention, Mary’s Place gears its ministry toward developing people who are no longer content
to keep trying to squeeze prayer and scripture into
their busy lives. For example, typical retreat guests have come to a place where they
are convicted enough about their neglect of prayer, hungry enough for
true communion with the Lord and convinced enough that their only hope
for a rich and fruitful Christian life is found in Mary’s place of
prayer and listening to the Word of God. And they are ready to make a radical lifestyle change.

GUIDED
REORIENTATION RETREATS:
A six-day, all-expense paid "ideal
opportunity" for the process of life reorientation.

INSPIRATIONAL SEMINARS:
We inspire Christians and churches to pursue a prayer-centered life of
true discipleship.

SABBATICAL OPPORTUNITIES at DEER RIDGE LODGE:
Short or long
term opportunities for prayer and study, or rest and solitude.

RESOURCES:
Books and other media materials designed to encourage, support and guide
in the development of prayer-centered lives.
We focus on pastors and key leaders, because we believe
that a widespread revival of the church depends on an entire
reorientation of the church from a Martha to a Mary way of life. Such a
comprehensive reorientation requires church leaders to come to Mary’s
place first in their own lives and discover their true role as spiritual
leaders.
